3) Tap Voice or Video Call in order to start the call.

1) In a 1:1 chatroom, tap the + menu.
2) Tap the Voice or Video Call button to start a call.

You might be surprised at the speed of Internet and wide range of free Wifi service in Korea. However, it is best that you get SIM card or Pocket WIFI to get access to the internet. There are several benefits of having a SIM card or Pocket WIFI.
- Free from expensive international calls : As mentioned above, you do not have to make international calls if you have internet access. You can use free internet call service provided by most apps.
- Naver map : Google map is not much of a help in Korea. The best map service to use is Naver Map, and I would personally recommend you to download this and use it during your stay in Korea.
- Emergency situation: Some travelers decide to use WIFI only at their hotels. However, you will always face unexpected-emergency situation where you will need the internet access right away. If you do not have a SIM card or Pocket WIFI, you would have no choice but to go back to your hotel to use the internet. This can cause a problem in emergency situation. You can also use Google translation service or googling when you need it.
