This place was used by the first president of South Korea, during the beginning of his mandate. Now this place is a memorial that relates first steps of South Korean government.

How talk about Seoul without talk about this unique place? The Starfield Library is a public library located in the COEX, shopping mall of Gangnam area.
Indeed, this library is really famous for the Instagram pictures with the elevator in front of the wall of books.
