This is guide service product and make sure that Eng, Chinese, Japanese speaking guide option includes private van.
However, for other language speaking guide such as Italian, German, Spanish etc, you must book our vehicle service together with this product.
100% refund: 4 days before the departure (KST)
70% refund: 3 days before the departure (KST)
0% refund: 2 days before the departure (KST)
Please note that we are not responsible for 5% paypal commission fee.
Even for 100% refund, you will not be able to get refund for the 5% paypal commission fee.(KST)
If you need to change the date, please cancel and make a new booking. Regular cancellation policy will be applied.
