Dongpirang Art Village: There are a lot of photo spots for tourist in this village. Tongyeong Agenda 21 whichi is an association in Tongyeong gathered people throughout the nation in order to paint murals on the walls of Dongpirang-gil Street in 2007. Thanks to the participants’ paintings, this hillside village on the sea became a new place, revitalized by the art. The view overlooking the sea and Gangguan Port is fantastic as well.
Jungang Traditional Market (Fishery Market): The market is located next to Dongpirang Village. In front of the market is Gangguan Port where a turtle ship and fishing boats are docked. With almost 400 years of history, Tongyeong Jungang Market is a popular tourist spot in the city of Tongyeong, attracting tourists during weekends and even on weekdays. Let’s feel this lively mood.

Yi Sun-Sin Park & Geobukseon Ship: Yi Sun-Sun is one of Admirals who is famous for his brave spirit and leadership in Korea. The Admiral Yi Sun-Sin created Geobukseon ship to fight against enemies. Tongyeong is the location of Admiral Lee’s victory in the Great Battle. You can even enter into the life-size reconstruction of a Geobukseon Ship. Also, Yi Sun-Sin Park has a statue of the Admiral Yi Sun-Sin and is located near Geobukseon Ship.
Option 1. Cable Car & Sky Walk: The panoramic view of Tongyeong as seen from the cable car is unlike any other! Departing for the peak of Mireuksan Mountain at 461 meters above sea level, the cable car is the longest in Korea, stretching a distance of 1,975 meters! The height makes for a thrilling experience while the length allows riders to fully take in the beautiful views from every angle. After arriving at the summit, step out on the skywalk if you are brave enough.
Option2. Tongyeong Skyline Luge: If you’re looking for a bit more speed, visit Tongyeong Skyline Luge. The skyride takes riders up to the starting point at the top of the hill, giving plenty of time to take in the scenery and the course below. Don’t worry about how to ride it. Our friendly tour guide will explain how to control ruges to you!
Dajji Dining (optional): Some restaurants in Tongyeong operate as dajji dining, where the meal is ordered based on the number of people and served with alcohol. The munu usually focuses on seafood, and can change depending on what ingredients are available and what the chef feels like cooking that day. You can experience a variety of fresh seafood and alcohol with our local tour guide. ($ 35.0/PAX)
