Operating Hours

Monday to Sunday 17:00PM (75 minutes)

Ticket pick-up is available an hour before the show.
*Performance schedule is subject to operational change.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund: 4 days before the reserved date (KST)
80% refund: 3 days before the reserved date (KST)
0% refund: 2 days before the reserved date (KST)

Please note that we are not responsible for 5% paypal commission fee.
Even for 100% refund, you will not be able to get refund for the 5% paypal commission fee.(KST)

If you need to change the date, please cancel and make a new booking. Regular cancellation policy will be applied.

Things to Note

Late arrivals must be guided by the usher for entering the house and can be asked to seat at the different site than the ones you purchased.

Taking pictures are not allowed during the performance (except curtain call)
use of any recording device such as camera or cellphone during the performance is strictly prohibited.
